Work in Progress....

This piece is called  'The Tree of Life'.  It is totally complete yet.
 It is work that I am including in my promo packet.  An illustration of a two page spread;  part of a children's story that I wrote.  I will show the final when it's complete.

SCBWI Conference in Maryland

http://www.caroleweatherford.com/  Had wonderful time at the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators Conference this weekend.  Learned a lot and look forward to diving in!  A few great writers that I met....Carole Boston Weatherford and Mary Quattlebaum...Check them out.  My favorite is Before John Was a Jazz Giant...Love it.
